How the performance fee works: Below 500% ROAS, you pay zero performance fee. Above that threshold, the fee is applied to net revenue (revenue minus ad spend) on a tiered scale, so our upside is tied directly to your results. No results = no extra cost.

  • Why are you more expensive than other agencies?

    Most agencies charge $2,000-$5,000/month per category and take a 30% -50%  of your ad spend on top of it. The more you spend on ads, the more they make. Whether those ads produce signed contracts is your problem, not theirs.


    We charge a flat $2,500 per service category. No percentage of ad spend. 


    Our additional upside comes from a performance fee that only kicks in when your campaigns exceed 500% ROAS; because we run a fully managed AI Agentic Client Engagement Engine that handles inbound calls, fires outbound follow-ups, and converts leads into booked estimates. 


    Your agency gives you a dashboard. We give you a revenue system.If we don't produce revenue, we don't earn beyond the base retainer.

  • What's the performance fee?

    Below 500% ROAS, there is no performance fee. You pay the base retainer and that's it.

    Once your campaigns cross that threshold, we earn a percentage of the net revenue on a sliding scale. The higher your ROAS climbs, the more we earn. If performance drops back below 500%, the fee drops to zero.


    Keep in mind what the retainer actually covers. This isn't just ad management.   • How long before I see results?


    Some services go live immediately. LSA and GMB management can be optimized and producing within the two weeks. Paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Search, YouTube) go through a full onboarding process that can take up to 30 days to build creative, configure tracking, and launch properly. 


    Once live, you'll see leads within the first 2-3 weeks. Full system optimization across CRM workflows, follow-up sequences, speed to lead, and attribution typically takes 30-60 days to fully dial in. 


    SEO is the longest play at 4-6 months before organic rankings start compounding, but it's also the channel that pays you back the longest once it's working.
